What data we collect

When you request a quotation, open an RMA or a support ticket, we collect the data needed to serve you: name, e-mail, phone, company and the technical information of the unit or of the requested configuration.

What we use it for

The data is used exclusively to prepare the quotation, deliver warranty and support service and keep the history of the commercial relationship, based on article 7, V of the Brazilian data protection law (performance of a contract and of preliminary procedures).

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Sharing only takes place with processors required to deliver the service (shipping, invoicing) and under contract.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data at any time through the channel privacidade@xfusionbrasil.com.br. We will reply within 15 days.
